Each phase is about three months. During that time period various consultants from 180 Dealer will be in the store at different times to ensure the proper culture is achieved.
It starts with an assessment and then moves to a plan. No two stores are alike and will have different needs. Generally speaking there are three phases and each phase has a specific goal. All three phases are needed in order to achieve the lasting results desired.
